Ebelashvili Family Winery Khodashnuri
Story
The wine cellar "Khodashnuri” located in the village of Zemo Khodasheni within Akhmeta Municipality, has been in operation for almost 10 years. Ana manages the business with her family, dividing functions and duties among themselves, which allows for effective management. The cellar produces 20,000 bottles of wine annually under various labels. Due to the scale of production, they occasionally employ up to 10 additional workers. In addition to wine production, they also welcome and host guests on-site.
Uniqueness of the Product
The location of the vineyards contributes to the uniqueness of the product, as it is situated in an area with significant historical value. A tower-cellar, an architectural feature characteristic of Akhmeta, has been preserved on the site. The wine's exceptional taste is attributed to this unique location. Additionally, the family operates an organic production process, which enhances the value of their products.
